Our fresh red, black, gag, scamp, and yellowedge grouper is wild-caught. Some frozen portions are imported; your sales representative will tell you the origin of each item.
Can you portion grouper to a set weight?
Yes. Our team cuts portions to your specified weight and size in our own facility.
